In its modern facilities operable on summer and winter conditions with 45000 m2 open and 15000 m2 closed area, total 60.000 m2 factory produces bricks.

Bartın soil is used for Aydoğan bricks and durability and robustness are ensured by testing in laboratory conditions.

Two 55 type press is used in production and products are dryed in 4 channel dryer rooms. Bricks are fired in Hoffmann furnaces with 300.000 13,5 cm brick capacity and 30 doors.

Daily capacity of the factory is 70.000 bricks. It is targeted to increase the production capacity by addition of new facilities without concession of product quality.
