The factory has been established in 1955 as Bozkurt Tile Factory. It has been expanded in 1972 and named as Bozkurt Brick and Tile Factory. The factory has been working as Bozkurt Brick Factory since 1984.
In 1995, it was handed over and continued production with the latest technology machinery and Hoffman furnace implemented. While it has been out of service for years, factory has been bought by Bahattin Aydoğan in 2004 and started commercial activities as AYDOĞAN TUĞLA FABRİKASI after the completion of necessary repairs, modifications and system changes.
Aydoğan brick factory has been completely modernized and marked the sector with 25 years brick production experience and its high quality and trust.
The factory is 6 km away from Bartın, has easy access and operates without harming and disturbing the environment.
In its modern facilities operable on summer and winter conditions with 45000 m2 open and 15000 m2 closed area, factory produces bricks.
Bartın soil is used for Aydoğan bricks and durability and robustness are ensured by testing in laboratory conditions.
Two 55 type press is used in production and products are dryed in 4 channel dryer rooms. Bricks are fired in Hoffmann furnaces with 300.000 type 13 brick capacity and 30 doors.
Daily capacity of the factory is 70.000 bricks. It is targeted to increase the production capacity by addition of new facilities without concession of product quality.
Acknowledging that the production is the basis for development of country economy, our company will continue to contribute to the country’s economy by growing.
In addition to the brick types that we produce, by introduction of Ottoman-Marseille tile production in near future wide product range which is provided to the customers will be broaden.

HISTORY OF BRICK AND ITS IMPORTANCE
These traditional construction materials are the most durable and the most robust construction materials since 4000 B.C.
As a matter of fact the bricks which have been retrieved from underground after thousands of years are the best examples for this truth. Since the expectations of people from brick has been evolved and changed, the innovations in brick production have also been improved. Nowadays, bricks with characteristics such as heat and noise isolation, heat storage, protection from humidity, fire resistance, biological comfort and providing wide alternatives can be produced.
